kynq is strictly 18+. we ask for your date of birth before you can match, and we close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18. we can't verify age against an id, so please help us: if you think someone in a call is a minor, report them straight away.

content involving anyone under 18 is never allowed, and we report it to the authorities.

• no nudity or sexual content. no exposing yourself, no sexual acts, no sexual requests.
• no harassment or hate. no bullying, threats, stalking, or targeting people for who they are.
• no recording or sharing. don't screen-record, screenshot or share someone's video, audio or chat without their permission.
• no scams, spam or impersonation. no asking for money, no ads, no pretending to be someone else.
• no violence, self-harm or illegal activity.

breaking these can get you warned, restricted or permanently banned. the full rules are in our terms.

during a call: tap the flag icon in the controls, pick a reason and send. you can also choose block and end call, which ends the call at once and means you'll never be matched with that person again.

after a call: email us at hi@kynq.in with what happened and roughly when, so we can look at the account.

you can skip anyone at any time with next person, and turn off your camera or microphone whenever you like.

we can't watch live calls and we don't record video or audio, so moderation works from reports and account records. a person gets reviewed after reports come in, and accounts that keep being reported can be restricted automatically until we look.

we'll act where we can (warn, restrict or ban), but we can't promise every report leads to a visible outcome, and for privacy we don't share what action we took against someone else.

• never share your address, workplace, financial details, passwords or one-time codes.
• don't send money or gift cards to someone you met on kynq.
• remember others could record their screen. only show what you're comfortable being seen.
• be careful moving to other apps or meeting in person. if you do, tell someone you trust and meet somewhere public.
• if something feels off, leave the call. you don't owe anyone an explanation.
