when you place an order, we collect what we need to fulfill it: name, shipping address, email, phone, payment info (handled entirely by stripe — we never see your card number).

when you browse, we collect anonymous analytics — pages visited, broad geography (city / country), device type. we don't cross-reference this with your identity.

when you sign up for the newsletter, we collect just your email. that's it.

we don't sell your data. we don't share it with advertisers. we don't fingerprint your browser. no facebook pixel, no third-party retargeting cookies. when we email you, it's because you asked us to.

• stripe — payment processing. they hold your card details, not us.
• blue dart / DHL — shipping. they get your name and address.
• plausible analytics — anonymous web traffic. no cookies, no personal data.
• resend — sending order confirmations and the newsletter. they don't do anything else with your address.

ask us to show you everything we have on you — we'll send it within a week. ask us to delete it — we will, except for what we're legally required to keep (transaction records, mostly).

unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime via the link in every email. delete your account from /account at any time.

we use two functional cookies — one to remember your cart, one to remember if you're logged in. that's it. no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no consent banner because there's nothing to consent to.

if we discover a breach affecting you, we'll email you within 72 hours of finding it — what happened, what data was exposed, what we're doing about it. that's a promise, not a legal minimum.
