how long does my gift take to arrive?

ready-to-ship gifts leave the studio in 2–5 days. made-to-order takes 1–2 weeks because someone is actually making it for you, by hand. drops ship within a week of close. we'll always show the lead time on the product page before you commit.

can i change my order after i place it?

yes — write to us at hello@kynq.com within 12 hours. for ready-to-ship we can swap or cancel. for made-to-order, you can change the colour / size before we start making it (we'll confirm by email when that moment passes).

do you ship outside india?

yes, anywhere. costs and duties depend on the country — we quote at checkout. usually 7–14 days via DHL.

is the photograph exactly what i'll get?

for ready-to-ship, yes — that's the piece you're buying. for made-to-order, it's a sample of the same design; yours will be unique within ±5% because hand-made things vary slightly. that's the point.

what does 'made-to-order' mean?

it means we start making your piece after you order it — not before. you pick the colour, the size, sometimes a word to embroider in. it's slower (1–2 weeks) but you end up with something that exists only in your house.

why is there a deposit?

we source the materials for your specific piece up front, in your specific colours. the deposit (usually 50%) covers materials. the balance is charged the day before we ship.

can i see progress photos?

yes — we send one at the halfway mark, no extra charge. if you'd like more, just ask, we love showing the work.

can i return a made-to-order piece?

not for fit (we'll re-size it free). but if anything is wrong, broken, or genuinely not what we promised, you don't pay for it. tell us within 14 days.

how do i care for it?

depends on the piece — we put care notes on every product page. general rule: gentle, cool, out of direct sun. our full guide is at /care.

what if it gets damaged?

tell us. send a photo to fix@kynq.com — for most things we'll repair or replace it for the cost of return shipping.

how long will it last?

years, if you treat it well. we pick things made to outlast the trend cycle. our oldest piece in the wild is from 2018, still in regular use.

free across india. anywhere else, we quote at checkout — we don't pad it.

14 days, for ready-to-ship pieces. just email us first. made-to-order pieces aren't returnable for fit but we'll resize or remake at our cost if it isn't right.

can i add a gift message?

yes — every bundle has a gift message field at checkout (we hand-write it on a card). individual pieces too, just let us know in the order notes.

what's a drop?

a small batch we make in a single colour or theme. usually 8–20 pieces total. when they sell, that drop is gone — we don't restock the same colourway. see what's live at /drops.
