when you place an order, you're entering a small agreement with us. ready-to-ship pieces are charged in full at checkout. made-to-order pieces require a deposit (typically 50%) at checkout; the balance is charged the day before we ship. drops are first-come, first-served — your card is charged the moment the order goes through.

all prices are in indian rupees and include any taxes due in india. duties and import taxes for orders shipped abroad are the buyer's responsibility — we'll show them at checkout but they go directly to your customs.

we ship from bangalore via blue dart (within india) and DHL (everywhere else). lead times shown on each product page are best-effort, not contractual — sometimes a materials shipment delays a made-to-order piece by a week. when that happens, we write to you first.

tracking links go out the morning we hand the package to the courier. if it doesn't arrive within the quoted window, write to us and we'll chase the courier on your behalf.

ready-to-ship pieces: 14 days to return for any reason. piece must be unused, with original tags. we refund the full purchase price minus return shipping (unless we shipped you the wrong thing, in which case we cover everything).

made-to-order pieces: not returnable for fit — we'll resize or remake for free if the measurements were ours to get right. anything actually broken or wrong, fully refundable.

drops: non-returnable unless damaged. we make drops in very small quantities and can't resell returns.

every kynq piece comes with free repairs for the first year. snag, tear, breakage, missing button — send it back, we'll fix it. you pay return shipping, we pay the rest.

after the first year, repairs are at cost (usually ₹200–500 plus shipping). write to fix@kynq.com with a photo and we'll quote.

every pattern we publish is ours. photographs, copy, and the kynq name are too. you can't resell our designs or use our photos in commercial work without writing to us first.

you can absolutely share photos of pieces you own on social media — tag us, we love seeing them. you can also gift, resell, or hand down anything you buy from us; the piece is yours.

if a dispute we can't resolve over email lands somewhere, it goes to bangalore courts under indian law. we'll always try email first — we've resolved every dispute in our history without lawyers.

we may update these terms occasionally. material changes get an email to anyone with an account. minor edits (typo fixes, clearer wording) won't.
