you must be 18 or older to use kynq extra (video chat, text chat, games and gifts). by using it you confirm you are, and that the date of birth you give us is true. we may ask you to prove it, and we close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

you must also be legally able to agree to these terms, and not be barred from using the service under the law. one person, one account: don't share it or sell it.

kynq extra connects you to other adults for live 1-to-1 video and text conversations, plus games and gifts. we match people automatically. we don't choose who you meet, we can't know in advance what someone will say or show, and we don't control what other users do. talk to strangers with the same care you would in any public place, and never share your address, financial details or passwords.

we're not a dating service, and we can't promise you'll match with anyone, or with any particular person, or that the service will always be available or error-free.

be decent. specifically, you must not:

• show, share or ask for nudity, sexual content or sexual acts, or content involving anyone under 18.
• harass, threaten, bully, stalk, hate on, or discriminate against anyone.
• record, screenshot or share another person's video, audio or messages without their permission.
• impersonate anyone, lie about who you are, or run scams, spam or ads.
• promote violence, self-harm, illegal activity, drugs or weapons.
• use bots or scripts, try to break or overload the service, or get around bans or blocks.

you can report or block anyone from the call screen. we can't watch live calls, so moderation mostly works after the fact: we review reports, and we may warn, restrict or permanently ban accounts, and remove content, at our discretion and without notice where we think it's needed to keep people safe.

if you think a decision was wrong, email us and we'll take another look. we may keep records of reports and bans, and share information with the police or other authorities when the law requires it or someone is at risk of serious harm.

koins are in-app credits. you can earn them (for example by spending time chatting) or buy them. you can spend them on paid extras like match preferences, premium lenses, some games and gifts. prices are shown before you confirm.

koins have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred between accounts. purchased koins and gifts are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise or where we made a mistake. koins earned through chat time have limits, and we may correct or remove koins earned through abuse or errors. if we close your account for breaking these terms, unused koins are lost.

you own what you say and show. by using kynq you give us the limited right to transmit, store and display it only as needed to run the service (deliver your messages, show your chat history, handle reports). we don't record your video or audio calls.

how we handle your personal data is in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

you can stop using kynq any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing us (see the privacy policy). we can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, put others at risk, or if the law requires it.

kynq is provided "as is". to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for what other users say or do, for meetings or dealings that happen off the platform, or for indirect losses. nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for our own fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

the sections below apply when you buy handmade pieces from the kynq shop. they're separate from kynq extra.

when you place an order, you're entering a small agreement with us. ready-to-ship pieces are charged in full at checkout. made-to-order pieces require a deposit (typically 50%) at checkout; the balance is charged the day before we ship. drops are first-come, first-served — your card is charged the moment the order goes through.

all prices are in indian rupees and include any taxes due in india. duties and import taxes for orders shipped abroad are the buyer's responsibility — we'll show them at checkout but they go directly to your customs.

we ship from bangalore via blue dart (within india) and DHL (everywhere else). lead times shown on each product page are best-effort, not contractual — sometimes a materials shipment delays a made-to-order piece by a week. when that happens, we write to you first.

tracking links go out the morning we hand the package to the courier. if it doesn't arrive within the quoted window, write to us and we'll chase the courier on your behalf.

ready-to-ship pieces: 14 days to return for any reason. piece must be unused, with original tags. we refund the full purchase price minus return shipping (unless we shipped you the wrong thing, in which case we cover everything).

made-to-order pieces: not returnable for fit — we'll resize or remake for free if the measurements were ours to get right. anything actually broken or wrong, fully refundable.

drops: non-returnable unless damaged. we make drops in very small quantities and can't resell returns.

every kynq piece comes with free repairs for the first year. snag, tear, breakage, missing button — send it back, we'll fix it. you pay return shipping, we pay the rest.

after the first year, repairs are at cost (usually ₹200–500 plus shipping). write to hi@kynq.in with a photo and we'll quote.

every pattern we publish is ours. photographs, copy, and the kynq name are too. you can't resell our designs or use our photos in commercial work without writing to us first.

you can absolutely share photos of pieces you own on social media — tag us, we love seeing them. you can also gift, resell, or hand down anything you buy from us; the piece is yours.

if a dispute we can't resolve over email lands somewhere, it goes to bangalore courts under indian law. we'll always try email first — we've resolved every dispute in our history without lawyers.

we may update these terms occasionally. material changes get an email to anyone with an account. minor edits (typo fixes, clearer wording) won't.
